Conducted by experienced Hospitality Softnet trainers, our Telephone Coaching Calls offer the convenience of learning from your own office. Our experienced hotel sales trainers meet via telephone with your entire sales team as well as conducting personal one-on-one telephone training.
Web based training materials are provided in advance in support of a conference call where we will review the report and the skills that are being evaluated. This provides personalised verbal training and gives the participants an opportunity to ask any questions they might have on the criteria or the programme.
