The Virtual Hotel Sales Training Programme is typically an 8 week programme that may be scheduled to accommodate your schedule. Throughout the class, all attendees will be given homework assignments so they can effectively apply and use the skills as they learn. Live role-playing is also utilised, as well as breakout sessions, and games to reinforce the skills be learned.
This dynamic programme is designed and presented to be as interactive as any on-site class, but provides participants the added convenience of learning right from their own office. The current programme is designed for hotel sales and catering sales managers, and we are planning to introduce a reservations sales version soon.
